Before you call
How long does it take to get a quote?
Usually within a few minutes during the day. Messages that arrive at night are answered in the morning, and for urgent rides it is better to call.
Is the price final?
Yes. The price is agreed in advance and includes everything, with no surprise additions at the end of the ride.
What happens if the flight is delayed?
We track the flight number and adjust the pickup time accordingly, with no charge for a reasonable wait.
Can I book for Shabbat or a holiday?
Yes, by prior arrangement. We recommend booking as early as possible to secure a vehicle.
Do you have a wheelchair accessible vehicle?
No. Our vehicles are not adapted for passengers who need to stay seated in a wheelchair, and our fleet has no vehicle with a wheelchair lift or ramp. Passengers who can move from the wheelchair to a vehicle seat, on their own or with a companion’s help, are welcome to book as usual, and there is room in the vehicle for a folding wheelchair. Please let us know when booking so we can prepare in advance.
