The Story of Transfer Plus

Some people choose a profession; others simply grow into it.
My name is Yevgeni, and driving has always been part of my family’s story. Long before I took the wheel, generations of my family worked as professional drivers, passing down a love of the road, a deep sense of responsibility, and one essential principle: every passenger places something priceless in your hands their safety.
Yevgeni, owner of Transfer Plus
In 2004, I began my professional journey as a truck driver. Over the next 16 years, I traveled the roads of Israel, handled countless situations, and gained the kind of experience that only time behind the wheel can provide. Those years taught me that a good driver is measured not only by reaching the destination, but by remaining calm, responsible, and in control throughout the entire journey. In 2020, I transitioned into passenger transportation, driven by a desire to work more closely with people and provide truly personal service at the highest standard. Every ride became an opportunity to meet someone new, listen, help, and create a travel experience defined by comfort, reliability, and genuine care.

I founded Transfer Plus to provide professional transportation services in Israel with a higher standard of care. From private and airport transfers to group transportation and rides for special events, every journey is carefully planned around punctuality, safety, and comfort. With modern, well-maintained vehicles and personal service, our attention begins before pickup and continues until you arrive safely at your destination.

From the very beginning, I have treated driving as a responsibility, not simply a job. I passed both my theory and practical driving tests on the first attempt, but years on the road taught me that a license is only the starting point. A truly professional driver is defined by patience, composure, courtesy, and the ability to make every passenger feel safe, comfortable, and in good hands.

Today, Transfer Plus provides professional transportation services throughout Israel for private clients, business travelers, families, tourists, and companies. Whether it is a short local ride, an airport transfer, or a long-distance journey, every trip comes with our commitment to punctuality, personal service, uncompromising safety, and a comfortable travel experience.

Ultimately, our goal is simple: not only to get you safely and comfortably to your destination, but to provide the kind of service you will choose again for your next journey.
